I have worked in the Roofing, Waterproofing, and Air Barrier business for in the Mountain Region for more than 42 years. I am a third party consultant that will examine your building and help you determine what the problem is and most importantly, what the solution is to fix the problem.

Is the foundation wall cracked and allowing ground water into the building? Is the wall system allowing air/moisture vapor into your building. I will schedule and appointment to meet with you onsite.
