Chem Link is an exceptional line of high performance sealants, adhesives, systems, & accesories. As an environmentally conscious company, we provide quality products that are solvent free with little to no VOC content which poses no threat to installers or building occupants.

We have a large variety of products to cover your needs but let’s focus on some specifics -
M-1 is a Universal Adhesive & Sealant designed for difficult construction site conditions such as wet or dry climates.
Non-slump, applies vertically & overhead
Can be applied on damp surfaces
390 pli of shear strength
370 pli of tensile strength
111 pli of tear strength
525% Elongation
+/- 35% joint movement
20 minute skin over - paintable within 24 hrs
Clear is an execellent moisture cure sealant that is a true clear - will not yellow or smoke out. It also has no fumes & is non toxic.
Both DuraLink products meet ASTM C920 and are available in the 35 and 50 joint movements.

Our NovaLink sealants provide important properties not typically found in common concrete sealants such as urethanes and acrylics.

MetaLink is UV resistant & available in a wide range of colors to match contemporary tastes in decorative metal roof and siding products.

Chem Link’s Roof Repair Tape has advanced Microsealant Technology and is used for leak repairs. Roof repair tape is compatible with EPDM, TPO, Hypalon, Aged PVC, Modified Bitumen, all metals, tile, stone, brick, concrete, wood, and more.
